Price Rounding

What it does

Mecka lets you round-up prices.  Products can be set so that the price ends with .99, .98, .97, .95 or .50 or .00.

Instead of a product having a price like $42.47, it can be set to something like $42.99.

This makes your store look cleaner and more consistent.  Plus adding up all those pennies will give you a bit more profit.

The feature is set through the Price Sheets.  You have control over how the price for each brand should be rounded.

Price rounding only works going up.  There is no way to set a price to round down.

How to use it

Within the Mecka app, go into the Catalog Manager section.

Then click the small triangle next to a Brand to make the Products and Price Sheets menu appear.

Then click on Price Sheets and click on the Pencil next to the Price Sheet you would like to alter.

You can use Price Sheets to have different policies for how you would like to round up your prices.  For example, your eBay store could round up to a different number than your Mecka store.

Within the Price Sheet Features dropdown, change the type to 'Advanced'

Below 'Advanced Pricing Features', click the Price Rounding box.

A new drop-down will appear, within that drop-down... select the price rounding option that you would like to use.

Now click on Save and a note will appear indicating that the Update is Successful.

You can now close the window.

If you have altered prices on an eBay store you may want to do a PQ Update to ensure the new price appears promptly.
